• How far ahead do I need to schedule?

Depending on our schedule, you may usually schedule within 24 hours, sometimes even the same day!

• What is the earliest/latest time of day I can schedule?

Our earliest pickup is usually 8:00am

• Do you pick up junk on holidays?

We are available most holidays. If you plan on having a holiday pickup, please call ahead to make sure we can schedule you.

• Do I need to be there when you pick up my junk or can I just leave it on the curb?

Generally, someone will need to be there in case we have any issues, however, depending on your exact need, we may be able to pick up curbside if you are not available.

• Do you offer emergency junk pickup at odd hours?

If you have an emergency pickup, we may be able to accommodate your junk removal outside of normal business hours. There may be an additional charge for emergency pickup.

• How will my appointment be confirmed?

You will receive a call or text approximately 15 minutes prior to our arrival. You will also get verbal confirmation by phone at the time you book our services with an approximate arrival window.

• What areas do you serve?

We serve most of the East Valley including: San Tan Valley, Florence, Queen Creek, Mesa, Apache Junction, Gilbert, Chandler and Tempe. We may be able to pick up in other surrounding areas depending on what service you require and our scheduling for the day. Please call us to see if we can serve you.

• Do you offer cleanup and removal of trees and other debris after storms and monsoons?

Yes! We will clean up storm debris, remove fallen trees and fences, and make sure to take care of any hazards we can to make sure your property is clean and safe after a storm.

Services Offered:

​

• What is decluttering?

Our decluttering service provides you with assistance in sorting and boxing items for removal. You keep what you want, we remove the rest.

• Do you offer any kind of storage solutions?

We do not store items for you, however, we can assist in putting up standing shelves in your space and help you get your items on those shelves to store. Generally, the shelving will be plastic, wood or metal depending on your preference.

• What is the largest item(s) you will take?

We can take nearly any sized item, however, larger items will need to be broken down, taken apart, etc., to fit into our trailer or truck. This will all be included in the quote we give you at the time of service.

• How long will it take to remove my junk?

Most removals will take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours depending on the total volume, weight, and size of the items, accessibility, items needing to be broken down, taken apart, etc. We will give you our best estimate at the time of service.

Pricing and Payment:

• What is your minimum pickup fee?

Our minimum pickup rates are on our homepage, and on our pricing page.

• Will my price quote change after you arrive?

Quotes are based on volume and may change if you add items, or if there are items that we cannot see in the photos you send. In some cases, weight may cause your quote to change if there are extra heavy items such as dirt, cement, gravel, or other items. Though we charge by volume, dump fees are based on weight, and we do have to account for what we will be charged at dumps and transfer stations.

• Do you price match other companies?

We will match or beat most quotes by companies that are local, and who are established businesses. We do not price match anyone who uses their truck on weekends as a side hustle.

• Do you charge extra for going up stairs or to go into hard to access areas?

Generally yes. If there are only a few steps, we won't have any additional charges. However, the following may be additional at the time of service:

• Carrying items up stairs (for example from a basement or lower floor)

• Carrying items up or down steep slopes

• Working in muddy or very wet conditions

• If the area we are taking items from is not easily accessible such as through narrow fences, bushes or close together trees, narrow passages etc.

• If we need to use elevators or stairwells limiting the capacity of what we can move in bulk

• Basements, attics, crawlspaces, etc.

• Do you offer specials throughout the year (i.e., holiday specials, seasonal specials, etc.)?

We do! So make sure to bookmark and check our website occasionally, and make sure to sign up for our emails for updates, specials, and more!

• What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash is king, however, we do accept all major debit cards, CashApp, Zelle, ApplePay, and Stripe.

After Pickup:

• What happens to the junk you pick up from me?

We do our very best to send as much to recycling facilities and donate items that are in a condition that allows for it. The rest will be taken to dumps or transfer stations run by local waste management facilities. We do have deals with local electronic recycling companies, so make sure to let us know if you have any.
